We’re proud to present the new microSmart unit. It’s built around the same robust and proven microAB high-current driver, with an added microcontroller and voltage/current monitoring. We built it as small as possible, the dimensions are just 36 x 13 x 4 mm, so you can fit it anywhere you want. We added a lot …

While doing consistency and other fps tests a while back we confirmed the interesting phenomena our engine has. Because the valve closes before the bb reaches the end of the barrel and in essence the fps of the bb is dependent on the valve opening time, it turns out that the valve is “self balancing” …
A quick snap from stress testing the valve. WHAT WE WERE TESTING AND WHY RESULT: The valve has done well over 0.5 million shots with minimal wear and zero sealing issues. The nozzle is less critical and is tested separately.
One of our prototypes was tested in extreme conditions: underwater and in snow. Outside temperature was -4°C. It went pretty well. 🙂 Thanks ASGrevolution for documenting this test! Watch the video: https://youtu.be/GAc05QYzccE https://youtu.be/GAc05QYzccE
We made some pictures for a better explanations of the fire control unit (FCU) and programming unit (PU) on the RAVEN system. The FCU uses three magnetic sensors (one for the trigger and two for the selector). Magnetic sensors mean there is zero moving parts and no contact between the trigger and the sensor which …
