AEG MOSFET units
MOSFET is an electrical upgrade part for your AEG airsoft rifle. The main benefits of installing a MOSFET are extending the life of your gun and adding performance to it. The MOSFET redirects the current from your trigger contacts to the unit and thus improves the response time, the rate of fire and efficiency of your rifle.
More advanced MOSFET units add other options, such as active braking, burst, battery monitoring, over current and over temperature protection, precocking, semi-delay, etc.
MicroFET
Basic unit
MicroFET is our basic and robust MOSFET unit. Proven time and time again in the field, used in anything from DMR rifles to heavy support weapons, it just works. It’s very simple to install and takes up very little space.

MicroSMART
Advanced unit
MicroSMART is the most recently developed MOSFET unit. We added a lot of features in a very small package. Even though it’s small, it’s very powerful, driven by dual 300 amp MOSFETs, so it won’t leave you hanging in the field.

Simply one of the best MOSFETs on the market considering price/performance ratio. I have been using them for about 5 years now and I have never had a problem with them whatsoever. All my airsoft replicas (AK-47, M4A1, mp5) are equipped with these MOSFETs and I could not be happier with their performance. Micro versions of these MOSFETs are so small that you can mount them almost anywhere (buffer tube, handguard, etc.). In conclusion I highly recommend these MOSFETs since they are cheap, sturdy and reliable. With these MOSFETs you cannot go wrong, buy one and try it for yourself 🙂

After using MOSFETs for 3 years now and being a tech, there was a lot of trial and error. I used the most popular MOSFETs in Europe, from the regular ones to active braking. Only TWO survived for more than a year. Since I use Sparklabs MOSFETs I had ZERO fails. Now I have installed over 20 basic MOSFETs from Sparklabs and I am still buying more. They are extremely reliable and beat anything else I have ever tried. And for the price, there is really no point in DIY MOSFETs.
